Thank you for shopping with Health & Remedy. We are a UK-based business and currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. If this is the case, we’ll keep you informed via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method. We offer the following:

We currently ship to the UK Mainland only.
Tracking
If your order includes tracked shipping, your confirmation email will include a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delays or Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services once the item has been dispatched. If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, please contact us at info@healthandremedy.co.uk.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of your order date. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, just email us at info@healthandremedy.co.uk with your order number and a description (and photo, if applicable).
